Being an active parent can help you because it gives you time to spend with your children and enjoy how your children play with you. Even if you are not a parent, if you are an adult or a child you can always find a way to be active.
- Go for a walk in the morning or evening instead of sitting in your living room watching TV. If you plan on watching the TV you should jog on a treadmill or download a video on your phone and watch while you ride a stationary bike.
- Go play games outdoors
- Go biking
- Go swimming
